THE SAI TEACHER TRAINING PROGRAM

You’ve done the work, you’ve learned the systems… you may be a graduate of the 1-Year Mastery Program, doing powerful healings and marinating in the divine knowledge… but how do you go about teaching this material?

So many advanced Sai students have been asking if UCBK would offer a formal teacher training, over the last few years.

It’s the right time, now, to make this offering to all of you.

TEACHING HOW TO TEACH

Some people have a knack for teaching, or are already employed as teachers in different fields, so creating classes and workshops from the Sai material isn’t too challenging for them.

BUT. Not everyone is a natural teacher — and often, as spiritual practictioners and healers, we are able to transmit the energy and effect incredible healings for others, yet get tongue-tied when asked to teach the techniques, practices, or the knowledge to others.

And once you’re nervous about explaining something, you know how it is — nothing seems to come out right, the mind shuts down, and suddenly you’re left feeling sheepish, or extra-shy, or just flailing about, awkwardly.

Teacher training can help. A lot.

The good news is that teaching can be taught!

This program will help you gain the tools, the practice, and the skills to be able to articulate and share these teachings in a solid, proper way.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

We’ll be together for a 9-week teacher training via Zoom, with Alx guiding every step of the way.
- Our training group will meet once a week for teachings.
- We will cover a few of the foundational systems, step by step.
- Student groups will practice the steps during the interim days, on your own time.
- Presentations to the whole group will be part of the journey.
- You’ll have access to a Facebook group for on-going support plus Q&A.

We begin with general guidelines about how to teach the Sai material.

We then drill specific subjects in detail, breaking down the process of how to teach, from creating class timelines to lesson plans, to developing your own personal approach through storytelling and sharing.

Our goal is for you to emerge as a confident, empowered teacher with real structures that help you engage easily in teaching situations, and convey the Sai knowledge/practices clearly, with the divine energy flowing smoothly through you and supporting your students.
